I’m always fascinated when people contact me about “Greensboro’s Child” and want to do a screening. This year Alicia Sowisdral, a grad student from UNCG, contacted me after viewing the 11/03/79 shootings on youtube.com. She will be showing Greensboro’s Child on Friday, November 3, 2006, at the Curry Auditorium on UNCG’s campus at 7 PM. This is a free event and immediately afterwards we will hold an open discussion and a Q&A.
I absolutely encourage anyone that has a venue to contact me for a screening. The highlight of the night is the open discussion I lead afterwards and I truly encourage everyone to speak up.

Congrats on the screening…excellent. I plan to watch it in the next week & look forward to experiencing your work more thoroughly. When you get a breather, I’d be grateful(!) if you viewed this trailer just cut (per the Scoble interview at ConvergeSouth) – time is 1:40 minutes: http://livingwithgeeks.blogspot.com/2006/11/trailer-4-minor-edits-to-scoble.html Is it too much of ‘Jill’s booming voice’? Thx again for your insight! …. JMF.
