I’m currently in Savannah, Georgia with all of the sales guys from my job. It was a six hour drive from Greensboro to Savannah. Hence the picture.
I can’t relate to them but I try, dammit I try. On a good note I came prepared, I brought a power inverter, my laptop and an external hard drive. So on the drive down here I worked on finishing a promo DVD.
I found out that Georgia doesn’t sell beer on Sundays. NC doesn’t look so bad on Sundays now, huh bro? I wanted to celebrate the Patriots Loss with a beer. The clerk looked at me like a jerk. I am, but not for that reason. So I left the gas station empty handed and saw a drive through Taco Hell/Pizza Hut. One problem I don’t have a car. I walked up to the drive through window and asked if I could get a chicken quesadilla, the employee looked at me confused and was cool with it?it was his manager that said they can’t do that. WTF? “Under what grounds?” I asked. Because I’m not in a car…I had no idea you had to be so smart to manage a Taco Bell. I asked her politely to explain the main reason why. I felt like a kid looking up to my mommy when she said “Because!” And closed the window in my face. I laughed out loud right in the direction of the window and turned around to go back to my lone room and finish this post. Good times so far.
