I was trying to understand why they named this session “English For Me Is Greek” until they introduced the presenters. Ah, it seemed clear now. It was an interesting presentation. They introduced each segment by a letter followed by a word that represented that letter. For instance L=Glyph. You get the meaning during the presentation. These two worked great together playing off each other’s wit. It was the most fun I had at the conference. Roberto showed some of his work and I can’t explain how visually sensational his work is besides saying brilliant. He uses typography as a form of art, check out his design of animals made out of the letters from their names, quite brilliant. Here is some video I shot on the down low… shhh, don’t tell anyone.
