One of my favorite directors of Documentary Films is Deborah Scranton. That is a biased opinion, I had the pleasure to meet her and speak with her about her documentary, “The War Tapes.” Which is a great look at how our soldiers are living in Iraq.
I love how she tells a story through non-traditional methods. It opens your eyes and broadens your approach to future filmmaking. Something I will hold close to my next storytelling idea.
I’m so glad that TED is sharing their conference speakers to the world. The conference is about sharing ideas that are progressive and amazingly brilliant. To be invited to TED to speak would be an honor and I hope someday I do something that TED would like me to discuss.
